50% of the price is included in the Symposium entrance fee. The remaining 50% will be paid by each delegate and amounts to € 40 + VAT 22%.
Accompanying persons should purchase the full ticket (€ 80 + VAT 22%).

As per tradition, to celebrate the closure of the conference, all delegates are invited to a formal dinner at the restaurant Vivara, located just a few meters from the small port of Marina Chiaiolella. Enjoy the traditional Neapolitan cuisine with a spectacular sea view.

The menu will include:

Appetizer:

Onion puff pastry with whipped cod and caper mayonnaise
Cantabrian anchovy on walnut brioche, ricotta in cheesecloth, and caramelized peppers
Slow-cooked octopus, then seared

First course (choice of one):

Vivara-style Calamarata pasta with yellow datterino tomatoes, mint, lemon, bonito fish, and Provolone del Monaco cheese
Risotto with cicarelle (local shellfish) prepared in three different textures

Dessert:

Homemade Procidana lemon cake

Drinks:

Bottled wine
Sparkling and still water

Dancing party at the end of the dinner!
